Have you ever had that thought to yourself that you can’t keep going on like this anymore? That you as an individual, do not want to live in pain anymore. You have the hunger to make the change, but you don’t know where to turn. This is generally the turning point most of my clients have before they come and see me. Hi my name is Graham, I know myself, as this was the turning point for me. I have had my fair share of pain and injuries in my life. Starting with fifteen years of chronic shoulder pain (from rugby league), lower back pain, then sciatica for one and half year’s. As you could imagine this is very frustrating and can really interfere with your daily life and the activities you love to do. It wasn’t until I found remedial massage, all my issues were finally fixed. Thus putting me on my journey to helping people heal in a holistic approach. I began my journey in the health industry sixteen years ago, as a personal trainer, my goal was to help clients powerlift and gain strength, physically and mentally. As the years moved on my focus and way of life moulded in a different direction for my clients and myself. I believe that all my clients should be able to move better and feel better, it’s all about balance. This became my life motto as I implemented it, with every aspect in life. This is where I became interested in the bio mechanics of the human body, which lead to my next chapter in life, which was completing my diploma in remedial/sports massage. I am now returning the favour and helping my clients with their pain and injuries eg lower back pain, sciatica, bursitis, and migraines/headaches with the addition of improved sleep.
